Guillermo Aguero Munoz

With deep sorrow, we announce the passing of Guillermo “Willie” Munoz, a devoted husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, great-great-grandfather, and friend, who passed away on June 4, 2026. Willie was born September 20, 1944 in Guerrero, Coahuila.

Willie taught his family the value of being a hard worker, responsibility, and he always expressed to all of his family how important it was to be accountable for our actions. He showed love through his support and his humble heart.

He will always be remembered for kindness, his willingness to help everyone, his dancing, his stories, and his words of wisdom.

Willie is survived by spouse, Rosalinda Pena Munoz, 3 children, Rosalinda Munoz, Diana M. Jones (Calvin Jones), Hector J. Munoz, 9 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild.

He was preceded in death by father; Indalecio Munoz, Mother; Maria Louisa Aguero, Brothers; Indaliecio Munoz and Juan Munoz, Sister; Concepcion Hernandez, Great Grandchildren; Kamran and Kayden Scott.

A visitation for Willie will be Wednesday, June 10th from 5-7 PM at Smith Funeral Home in Flatonia, TX followed by the recitation of the Holy Rosary. A Funeral Mass will be held at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Flatonia, TX on Thursday, June 11th at 10 AM. Interment will be in the Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery in Flatonia, TX.
