Marijrildo “Hildo” Orosco, age 84, of Waelder, Tx, passed away Saturday, January 6, 2024. He was born on April 13, 1939, to Guadalupe Rodriguez and Jesus Orosco in Flatonia, TX.
Born and raised just north of Waelder, he went to Cistern schools. One of his favorite pastimes was to be at the farm watching the animals.
Hildo was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters – Helen Capelo and Isabel Mendoza.
He is survived by his wife Frances Orosco, step son George Doyle, three brothers – Anastasio Orosco, Agapito Orosco and Felipe Orosco, two sisters – Rosa Gutierrez and Estella Velasquez.
A Memorial Service for Hildo will be on Saturday, February 3, 2024, starting at 2:00 PM at Iglesia Bautista Memorial Baptist Church in Waelder, TX.
