Milda T. Melchor, 68, of Waelder, TX passed away on August 23, 2022. She was born on January 28, 1954 in Waelder, TX to Ben Tovar and Abelina Castro.
Milda is survived by her father Ben Tovar of Waelder; daughter Angie Marie Melchor (Charles Brown) of Converse; sons Kevin James Melchor (Lanette Rodriguez) of Buda and Benjamin Corey Melchor (Yulissa Luna) of Waelder; sisters Elida Hull, Olga Quintero and Yvonne Tovar all of Waelder; and five grandchildren.
Milda is preceded in death by her mother Abelina Castro Tovar and son David Melchor Jr.
Visitation for Milda will be on Thursday, August 25, 2022 starting at 4:00 PM followed by a rosary at 6:30 PM at Smith Funeral Home in Flatonia. A funeral mass will be on Friday, August 26, 2022 at 10:00 AM at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Waelder, TX with the burial at Waelder Community Cemetery.
